Office & Warehouse Administrator - Full Time

AG Security Group is seeking a proactive Operations & Warehouse Administrator to support our Operations Department and ensure our field teams have the materials, equipment, and administrative support required to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
This is a hands-on and varied role combining warehouse coordination, procurement, inventory control, fleet support and office administration
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of warehouse administration, purchasing, logistics, and operational support activities.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating deliveries, processing invoices, managing operational registers, and supporting general office administration.
No two days are the same - this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can juggle multiple priorities with confidence
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Inventory
- Coordinate stock purchasing and supplier orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records (simPRO experience highly regarded)
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Code and process supplier invoices
- Manage returns, warranties, and faulty equipment
Warehouse & Logistics
- Coordinate deliveries to job sites
- Arrange equipment hire and transport
- Organise and maintain warehouse stock for efficiency
Fleet & Operations Support
- Assist with fleet administration and fuel invoice approvals
- Maintain operational registers (keys, access cards, fleet cards, etc.)
- Monitor alarm reports and assist with response invoicing
Office Administration
- Provide general administrative support
- Reception relief and phone support when required
- Assist with project documentation and onboarding administration
- Support procedure and documentation updates
Quality & WHS
- Maintain high Work Health & Safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and QA processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
About You
- To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Forklift Licence (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office; simPRO advantageous)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience in warehouse administration, procurement, logistics coordination, or operations support will be highly regarded.
