The Opportunity
Due to major ongoing security contracts and partnerships, we are growing and seeking Security Service Technicians to join our Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Service, maintain, troubleshoot, fault-find, program, and commission security systems (alarms, access control, CCTV, IP surveillance, NVRs, network hardware).
- Install system replacements and additions, including cabling, conduits, device fit-off, and programming.
- Commission systems and test connections to our 24/7 monitoring centre.
- Engage directly with clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Undertake some regional work (with Living Away from Home Allowance provided).
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Training or certifications on systems such as Hills Reliance, Interlogix Tecom, or Inner Range Integriti (desirable).
- Strong technical and IT/networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a strong safety/quality mindset.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and undertake new training.
Essential Licences
- South Australian Driver’s Licence
- South Australian Security Licence
- ACMA Open Cabling Registration Licence
- White Card
